ED Cosmetics offers every customer to choose the most convenient method of payment and delivery.

Payment methods

1. Payment in cash upon receipt of the order

If you do not want to pay for the order in advance, you can pay with the courier at the time of receiving the parcel.

2. Payment by cash or card upon receipt at post offices and delivery points

When receiving a parcel at Nova Poshta branches, you can pay with cash or a bank card. (Choosing the post-paid service at Nova Poshta, the client pays UAH 20 + 2% of the transfer amount).

3. Online payment by bank card using the LiqPay payment service

Choose the payment method «LiqPay Online Payment». You will be redirected to the payment page, where you need to enter the card data to make the payment (the full name of the owner must be indicated in Latin letters. After entering, click «Pay».

 

Delivery methods

1. Receiving the goods at the «Nova Poshta» branch

The term of delivery of the shipment by the «Nova Poshta» company to the destination is no more than 3 working days.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be forwarded to Nova Poshta for delivery on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be delivered to Nova Poshta the next day.

After that, the carrier will notify you of the exact terms and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.

You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard cards during the order process or in cash at the Nova Poshta branch.

Pay attention! The order is stored in the warehouse of the transport company for no more than 4 working days, after which it is sent back. When paying by card on the website, the recipient specified in the order must show an identity document or the recipient`s barcode in the «New Post» application (for orders up to UAH 5,000).

Please be sure to check the package when you receive it at the «New Post» branch. In the event that you notice damage to the parcel or lack of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up an appropriate document with a representative of the «Nova poshta» company. Please keep one copy, the representative of the carrier company will take the second.

Orders with delivery through «Nova Poshta» are accepted according to the carrier`s schedule. You can find the working schedule of Nova Poshta on its official website. You can also track the delivery status of the order using the special «New Mail» service on the company`s website.

If your plans have changed, we will be able to arrange for the parcel to be redirected from one Nova Poshta branch to another within the city or to a branch in another city, this Nova Poshta service is paid for additionally by the client.

2. Receiving the goods at the «Ukrposhta» branch

If the order is delivered by Ukrposhta, it will be sent the next day after registration.

Delivery by Ukrposhta takes from 1 to 3 days. You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard cards during the order process or in cash at a Ukrposhta branch.

Pay attention! The order is stored in the department`s warehouse for 5 days, starting from the 6th day, an additional fee is charged for each subsequent day of storage. You pay for these services!

Only the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order. You must have an identity document with you.

Please be sure to check the parcel upon receipt in the presence of a representative of the Ukrposhta company. If you notice that the parcel is damaged or any items are missing, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up an appropriate document with the company representative. Please keep one copy, the other will be taken by a representative of the «Ukrposhta» company.

Orders with delivery through Ukrposhta are accepted according to the carrier`s work schedule. You can find the company`s work schedule on its official website. You can also track the delivery status of the order using the special service of «Ukrposhta» on the company`s website.

3. Self-delivery

The order is stored at the pick-up point for 3 working days.

On weekends and holidays, the operating hours of self-pickup points may change. Please follow the information on the website. All changes to work schedules will be indicated in the delivery section of the site and provided over the phone.

Please note: if you choose to pay in cash, you will not be able to use a payment card at the pick-up point. In this case, it is only possible to pay for the order in cash. You can pay with a payment card when placing an order on the website. When paying by card, the recipient specified in the order will have to show an identity document.

In Lviv, the parcel delivery point works at the address of st. Truskavetska, 2b, office. 190. We work from Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 18:00. Phone: 0956001274

Please be sure to check the item upon receipt. If you notice damage to the goods or the lack of any items, you can exchange the goods on the spot.

4. Delivery across Ukraine by couriers «Nova Poshta»

Orders are calculated according to the carrier`s rates. The delivery time of the shipment by the company «Nova Poshta» to the destination is no more than 3 working days.

Orders placed before 14:00, we transfer on the same day to the company «Nova Poshta» for delivery. Orders placed after 14:00, we transfer to the company «Nova Poshta» the next day. After that, the carrier will notify you of the exact dates and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.

Courier "Nova Poshta" calls the recipient 30-60 minutes before arrival at the address indicated in the express waybill.

Delivery to the address is carried out until 21:00 on weekdays and on weekends according to a special schedule. The schedule for targeted delivery is here.

You can pay for the order using VISA/Mastercard cards or cash chickens «Nova Poshta».

Please be sure to check the package upon receipt. In the event that you notice damage to the parcel or a shortage of any items, you can refuse the parcel by arranging with a representative of the company «Nova Poshta» relevant act. Please keep one copy for yourself, the second – will be taken by a representative of the carrier company.
