According to the law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" №1023-XII of 12.05.1991, parfums and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that are subjects of return or exchange. The consumer has the right to change the product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller he has bought it from, in case the product does not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, or any other reasons and cannot be used for its intended purpose.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution №172, March, 19, 1994 "About implementation of certain provisions of the law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" are approved a list of Goods pf proper quality that are not subject to exchange/return:
- perfumes and cosmetics products;
- personal hygiene products;
- manicure and pedicure tools, and other products that are not related with the range of our online store.
We always meet the needs of our customers, so you can return ED Cosmetics products within 14 days in case:
- the goods are not included in the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution №172, March 19, 1994;
- you have received goods of not proper quality;
- the content of the parcel does not match the description of the attachment;
- the product is fully equipped and in the original packaging and have not been used;
- the product was sold by the ED Cosmetics Store.
If you received a product of improper quality, contact us: 067 528 6139 and describe all deficiencies, or email us to info@edcosmetics.com.ua with a title "Return":
1.) a photo of the product with a deficiency;
2.) a photo of the label;
3.) a photo of the packaging.
You will be contacted by our manager after.
Exchange and return of goods are possible only if there is still factory packaged with a barcode. The Goods are not subject to return after use or damage.
During receiving an order, we recommend carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of a courier/Nova Poshta representative/self-pickup point. If the product does not suit you, you can refuse it. Claims for the goods are accepted only at the time of delivery or receiving at Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta/ self-pickup point.
If you have accepted the order, paid and released the courier, left the post office building or self-pickup point, it means that the purchased goods are fully consistent as it is stated at our website.
Transportation costs are covered by the client, money for the order is returned to the bank card.
The consumer can exercise the right to return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, proving that the product was not open or used.
